Ingredients

  1. 1 cupblack gram split سفید ماش دال
  2. 2 cupswater
  3. 2 tbspoil
  4. To taste salt
  5. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tspred chili powder
  7. 1 tspred chili flakes
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tspcoriander powder

  1. 1

    First boil dal. Do not add much water, no need to tenderize too much. We will cook it on low flame.

    When dal boils completely give it a tarka. Heat the oil add Ginger garlic paste, salt, Red chili powder, Red chili flakes, coriander powder, turmeric powder saute well and pour it on dal. Cook for few minutes until well combine.

    Serve with achar.
