Steps

Roast the semolina in ghee by adding Clove in it on low flame. Take out semolina in a plate after roasting.

Add jaggery and water to a pan and stir. Stir until the jaggery dissolves.

Once the jaggery is completely dissolved, pour the semolina into it and mix everything well. Do not let any lumps remain. Then add the ghee to it.

Now add the milk, Cardamom powder and stir again. Finally, add the dry fruits and serve.
