Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 1/4 cupoil
  2. 1 tbsp.ginger-garlic paste
  3. 1 kgbeef, cubes
  4. 4green chillies, chopped, divided
  5. 1 tsp.salt
  6. 2 cupswater, divided
  7. 2 tbsp.pepper powder
  8. 3tomatoes, skinless, chopped
  9. 1 tbsp.ghee
  10. 4 tbsp.yogurt
  11. 2 tbsp.cilantro, chopped

Cooking Instructions

    In a wok over heat oil over medium heat.

    Add ginger-garlic paste and fry 20 seconds.

  3. 3

    Add the beef and cook till colour changes.

  4. 4

    Add salt and 1 cup water, 2 green chillies and mix; cover and cook till beef is tender.

  5. 5

    Add pepper powder, ghee, tomatoes and water. Mix and cover and cook till tomatoes are mushy.

  6. 6

    Add yogurt and green chillies and cook to desired consistency.

  7. 7

    Add cilantro and serve.

Thank you for the comment. I just use Club House pepper corns and grind them in the spice grinder.
