Meat Floss Bun [Tangzhong Method] Meat Floss Bun [Tangzhong Method]
This is my favorite Asian bakery bread. The most common assembly is to top the bread with the meat floss. Here I assemble it like a burger bun, as I find it easier to eat without risking some falling-off when biting into it. Plus I can fill each with as much meat floss as I want. Yum! Spoonful Passion -

Meat Wrapped Tofu Meat Wrapped Tofu
I was searching for a hearty tofu dish for my tofu-loving husband, when I ran across a recipe that used firm tofu and beef! It was just as good with pork and grilled tofu, so this is now a family favorite.I garnished this with finely julienned cucumber, but sesame seeds, chopped green onion or snow peas and so on are OK too. Or you can just omit the garnish! The meat just has to be thin enough to wrap around the tofu; it doesn't have to be as thinly sliced as shabu-shabu meat.Beef is OK too of course. Adjust the size of the tofu pieces and the number of meat slices to your liking. For 4 servings. Recipe by Kawakamisan cookpad.japan -
Manga-Like Meat on a Stick Manga-Like Meat on a Stick
I came up with this through experimenting with the shape, flavor, cooking method, and cooking time.To create the diluted vinegar to remove the astringency from the burdock, add about a teaspoon of vinegar to 200ml water. When removing the water from the frying pan or unwrapping the aluminum foil, it's pretty hot so be careful not to burn yourself! You can also cut this up to serve it! Cutting it into round slices is fun. For 1 stick. Recipe by Otometeo cookpad.japan
