Ingredients

  1. 3.5/4 cup AP flour (roughly a cup)
  2. Halfcup melted butter
  3. 1/2 cupDark brown sugar
  4. 1/4 cupwhite sugar
  5. 1 tspVanilla
  6. 1/2 tspespresso powder
  7. 1egg
  8. 1/4 cupchocolate chip
  9. 70 g (1/2 cup)dark chocolate chunk

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Melted Butter chilled to room temp before proceed

  2. 2

    Add sugar, vanilla, espresso powder and melted butter, cream them together by mixer

  3. 3

    Add egg into mixture

  4. 4

    Add flour into mixture, divided into 3 times

  5. 5

    Add chocolate chip and chunks to incorporate into moxture

  6. 6

    Chill an hour or overnight for best flavour or just bake immediately

  7. 7

    Bake at 180c for 12-14 mins
