Melted Butter chilled to room temp before proceed

Add sugar, vanilla, espresso powder and melted butter, cream them together by mixer

Add egg into mixture

Add flour into mixture, divided into 3 times

Add chocolate chip and chunks to incorporate into moxture

Chill an hour or overnight for best flavour or just bake immediately

Bake at 180c for 12-14 mins
