Chop potato into small small cubes, marinade with salt and keep aside

Finely chop onion, tomatoes (all into cubes) and chop green chilli
- 3
In a mixing bowl, break eggs, add milk, salt, pepper powder, mix well and keep aside.

Heat 1 tbsp butter, add chopped onion and fry till turns slight pinkish, then add marinated potato by squeezing excess water, add green chilli and sauté for 3-4 minutes till potatoes get cooked.

Now add the cooked potatoes into egg mixture and add chopped tomatoes also and mix nicely.

Now in a pan add butter, pour the mixture and spread evenly all around the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes by covering under low to medium flame.

Now flip the other side of the omelette and cook for 3-4 minutes under low to medium flame, switch off gas and keep in stand by for 1-2 minutes.

Cut into pieces while it is warm and served with tomato sauce. It can be punched in between bread slices too.
