Steps

Soak moong dal and masoor dal for 3 hours. blend to fine paste.add water as required.

While blending last portion add spinach, coariander,ginger, chillies, cumin seeds,salt.add it same batter.

Heat Pan spread oil and make dosa. cook from both sides. Now in chutney jar add all ingredients of chutney,add little water and blend it.
