Ingredients

15 minutes
serves 4 servin
  • 2 cupsmoong dal
  • 1 cupred lentil dal(masoor)
  • 3 tbsp semolina
  • 1small cup spinach
  • 1small cup coriander
  • 3 Inchginger
  • 6/7green chillies
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Chutney_
  • 1small cupamarind
  • 2 Inchginger
  • 2 tbsp Jaggery
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1small cup coriander leaves

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak moong dal and masoor dal for 3 hours. blend to fine paste.add water as required.

    While blending last portion add spinach, coariander,ginger, chillies, cumin seeds,salt.add it same batter.

    Heat Pan spread oil and make dosa. cook from both sides. Now in chutney jar add all ingredients of chutney,add little water and blend it.
