4-5 pcsFish big pcs
250 gmYogurt
1/2 cupFresh Coriander
2big Tomatoes
1 tbspCoriander Powder
1 tspCumin
5-6curry leaves
1 tspRed Chilli powder or to taste
Salt to taste
Pinchturmeric
Ghee/Oil for cooking

Blend yogurt,tomatoes and fresh Coriander to make a paste

Add oil in a pan zeera,curry leaves and paste then add all spices
Cook until oil seprates

Apply some salt/vinegar for 1/2 hour before wash
Then wash throughly....
Add fish in to Curry

Cook well....!!!!
