Steps

Heat oil in a kadhai and add methi seeds and saute it.

Add green chili still it lightly brown then add Chopped kaddu and saute it well.

Add salt red chili powder turmeric powder coriander powder and mix it well.

Cover the kadhai for 10 to 15 minutes in medium flame.

Now add sugar and amchur powder and mix well put in a bowl and Serve it.
