Ingredients

1 hour til set
8 people
  • 3eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 C.milk
  • 3 T.sugar
  • 1 tsp.salt
  • 1/2 tsp.pepper (or to taste)
  • 3 1/2 T.flour
  • 1 cancream style corn
  • 1 canwhole corn, drained
  • 2 T.butter, melted
  • Bacon, fried & crumbled

Steps

1 hour til set
  1. 1

    Beat eggs well, add milk.

  2. 2

    Mix sugar, salt, pepper & flour.

  3. 3

    Add corn, melted butter & egg mixture. Mix all together well.

  4. 4

    Bake in buttered casserole for 1 hour at 350°.

    Check to see if set 20-30 min before done. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and continue baking till done.
