I have used brown bread with scrambled eggs & some mayo ( your choice ) ..All this makes it highly nutritious..

Beat eggs with the help of a fork for 2 minutes in a bowl, add salt & pepper, mix it well, keep aside.

Take a pan, add butter, heat it.

Add eggs, keep stirring to make a good scrambled egg. Do not crush it. Take out in a bowl, keep aside.

Take 2 slices at a time, spread mayo on both slices. Stuff one slice with cooked eggs.

Add onion & green chili onto the eggs.

Sprinkle red chili powder over it & place a dhania leaf 🌿 also.

Place the other slice over the stuffed one.

Preheat the electric sandwich griller, brush lil olive oil on one side of the sandwich. Place it on the griller oiled side down, brush some oil over the upper side also.

Make all the sandwiches in the same manner.

Grill them until light brown.

Take them out in a dish, cut them diagonally.

Serve it with some sauce or any other chutney or dip.
