Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspsesame seeds (white til)
  2. 1/2 cupcurd
  3. 1 tbsplemon juice
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 2garlic cloves
  6. 3 tbspolive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Collect the ingredients.

    Roast the sesame seeds in a pan on low flame until golden brown. Turn the flame off. Take it out in a plate. Let it cool completely.

    Whisk the curd. Keep it aside. Grind the roasted sesame seeds in a grinder jar along with garlic cloves, salt,oil.

    Add lemon juice.

    Add little water if needed. Make the fine paste. Add this paste to the curd. Mix well.

    Transfer it to the serving bowl. Sprinkle with red chilli powder. Ready to serve. Enjoy.😊😊
