Ingredients

15 - 20 Menit
5 Orang
  • Telur Ayam 5 Butir
  • Bawang Merah 5 Siung
  • Bawang Putih 3 Siung
  • Lombok Kecil 10 Buah
  • Tomat 2 Buah
  • Asam Jawa 1 Ruas
  • Air 250 Ml / 1 Gelas Kecil
  • Garam
  • Gula 1 Sdm
  • Penyedap Rasa (Optional)
  • Minyak

Steps

15 - 20 Menit
  1. 1

    Ceplok Telur jadi Telur Mata Sapi

  2. 2

    Ulek Lombok sampai halus terus tambahkan Tomat 1 buah di iris dan diulek kembali sampai halus

  3. 3

    Iris Bawang Merah dan Bawang Putih terus tumis sampai harum lalu masukkan Lombok yang udah di ulek / Lombok bawang yg udah jadi (Versi Praktis) kemudian iriskan lagi Tomat 1 buah sesuai selera.

    Jika sudah agak Layu masukkan Air Asam (Asam Jawa di campur dengan Air 250 Ml) lalu tambahkan Garam, Gula dan Penyedap Rasa. Cek Rasa Jika sudah Pas Bisa masukkan telur mata sapinya lalu siram2 Kuahnya ke Telur sampai Menyatu.
