Steps

In a pressure cooker heat ghee, splattered asafoetida, chilli and cinnamon stick.
Keep the flame on low.
Further, add washed broken wheat and moong dal stir continuously and roast for 5 minutes or until it turn golden and aromatic.
Now add all chopped vegetables. - 2
Cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Further, add salt, turmeric powder, garam masala and Cummin powder. Mix everything together, simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add 2 and half cup water, cover and cook until 3 whistles.
Let the cooker release its pressure then Open the lid.
Daliya and Moong Dal Khichdi is ready. - 3
Accompanied it with curd, papad and picked. Serve hot.
