For the tortilla wrap
1 cupFlour
1 pinchSalt
1 tbspOil
as required Water
For the egg
2eggs
1small onion
as per tastePepper
as per tasteMaggi to taste

In a bowl add flour, salt, oil, water and make a dough, allow it to rest for 15mins.

Cut the dough into two pieces, use a tray and a roller to flatten it like you have seen on the picture, use a plate to bring out a circle shape, and the circle came out perfect.

Use a non-stick frying pan, and on a low heat as seen on the picture below, I used tissue paper to press it, you can use kitchen towel.

As you can see from the pictures, our tortilla is done.

Whisk the egg, and add a 1 tsp of oil to fry. Fry on a low heat to avoid it from burning. Add up the tortilla wrap on the egg to allow them fry and stick together as seen on the pictures.

Turn it and let the egg be at the top while the tortilla is below. Turn it side by side, until it's done...
