Add all the dry ingredients together & mix, in a separate bowl, mix the butter & icing sugar until it becomes whitish & doubles in size, mix with the dry ingredients, add the water & make a very soft watery dough, pour in a pipping bag with 2D nozzle.

In a baking tray, place foil paper & pipe it, sprinkle pink chocolate goodness & bake. Enjoy.
