First prepare a paste of coconut, tomato, curd, chilli, turmeric, cumin, garam masala in a mixer jar.

Now turn on the gas, put the cooker on it and let it heat up. Then add oil and red chilli powder. Then pour the paste and saute it.

Now peel the banana, cut it into medium size and make holes with the help of a fork.

Now add it to the gravy. Add salt and sugar to taste and mix well. Add little water and cook it for 2 whistles.

So now the Punjabi Raw Banana Sabzi is ready to be served.
Serve it with roti/chapati.
