Ingredients

10 minutes

  • 1/4 cup Carrot
  • 1/4 cup capsicum bell pepper
  • 1 cupSemolina
  • 1/4 cup curd
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 2 tspoil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl add semolina, Oil and all cut vegetables

    Add water, milk and curd mix it well. Prepare a smooth batter. Lastly add spices and salt.

    Grease the appe pan. Heat for 2 minutes. Then pour the batter on appe pan. Cook it from both side.

    Serve with chutney
