3 cupsself rising flour
330 mlbeer
5 mlsalt
5 mlsugar
1 cancorn

Preheat oven to 180•C.

Drain the corn and discard the brine

Mix the self rising flour, salt, sugar and corn.

Mix in the beer. You can add a bit of water if the atter is too try.

Grease a bread tin. Add the batter.

Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
