Add 3/4 of the flour and mix well with your mwiko to the right constincey if not add little by little flour as you mix till it is

Let it cook under low heat as you turn it with your mwiko in intervals of 2-3 minutes for about 10-15minutes

Shape your ugali and remove it from the source of heat to your tray

It's ready to serve while hot
