Add little water with yakhni to have the required quantity of soup

Let it boil.

Now add all the sauces as per taste..soya sauce in the end

If you feel, you can add more salt as per taste and add red chillies but little.

Now let it boil well. Add little black pepper at this point.

Now if you want to add vegetables. At this point you can add:)

Then make a mixture of corn flour (4-5 tbsp) as per the desired thickness

Slowly add cornflour with continuous stirring

Then beat 2 to 3 eggs..I have beaten 2 eggs and add it in the end with a little stirring.

Off the flame at this point.

And your yummy soup will be ready to serve. I have added green onions for the presentation:) ginsoy k sauces thay too saath rakh diye;)
