I found this recipe somewhere and remember they tasted JUST LIKE red lobsters biscuits.
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, combine the bisquick & 1/2 stick of cold butter. Using a fork, mash the butter into the bisquick. Small chunks are ok, mix as best you can.

When done, add cheese, milk and 1/4 tsp garlic powder. Mix until combined, but don’t Over mix.

Drop onto greased cookie sheet. Should make about 8-10 biscuits. This should help determine the size of the glob. Leave as is, don’t roll in a ball or anything.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, or until barley light brown on top. Less time or more time, depending on the size of the biscuits.

FOR THE TOP;
Melt the 2 tsp butter, and add 1/2 tsp garlic powder, dash parsley and salt to butter. Mix togther. - 6
Using a spoon, Drop a small spoonful of the melted butter combo to the top of each biscuit.
