Thanksgiving Dinner; FUN Veggie Dip Platter
I kept seeing this cute little dish on my social media, so last year I decided to try it.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut the veggies into sticks. Cut larger pieces, medium pieces, small and extra small sizes.
- 2
Using the end of the red bell pepper. Place it into the dip (see picture) and place raisins as eyes. May need to use toothpicks if it won’t stay.
- 3
Cut carrot to look like a beak and feet. Place into the dip, and arrange to look like a turkey. Keeping in mind the variation of colors to make it more vibrant.
- 4
Add as many different types of veggies. I didn’t have much time, but you could make it very large and plentiful with enough time and a big enough dish/platter!

So this is pretty much an olive cheese ball. It's just one of those things I've always had since childhood. I remember my mom making it with sliced olives, but I like chopped better because I think it distributes the flavors more evenly. StephieCanCook -

Appetizer Snacks and Dip Appetizer Snacks and Dip
I wanted to have a written record of our family recipe for dip, so I uploaded it here together with a recipe for gyoza skin sticks. The leftover skin can be eaten too. When it cools down a bit it has a pie crust like texture, which is addictive. Please adjust the seasoning with the amount of soup stock granules you add.Microwave the cream cheese if needed for 10 seconds to soften it.Finely chop the onion and green onion if you prefer. For 1 to 2 servings. Recipe by Emimafin cookpad.japan
