Presenting a wholesome, healthy and yummy breakfast which is nutritious and a quick fix morning snacking.

Finely chop veggies

In a mixing bowl, crack 3 eggs, add milk, add salt and black pepper powder as required and whisk well.

Cut the edges of bread slice from inside keeping the edges as it is in order to get the square shape.

Now add chopped veggies into the egg mixture and mix well.

Now in a pan / tawa, add little butter, spread nicely and place the square shape edge bread, pour 2-3 spoon of egg mixture and spread nicely within the bread edges and make sure that mixture touches the edges. Cheese can be added.

Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes under low flame.

After 3-4 mixture settles and gets firm, flip it and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes. After its slightly cool, cut diagonally and it is ready to serve.
