  1. 5 piecesfish (I bought pangasius steaks)
  2. Marination
  3. 5 clovesgarlic
  4. 1 inchginger
  5. 2 tbspchilli powder
  6. 1 tspturmeric powder
  7. 2 tsppepper powder
  8. 2 tbsplemon juice
  9. As neededOil to fry

Steps

    Make a paste of garlic and ginger,with lemon juice.mix all other ingredients to make a marination paste.

    Marinate the fish pieces and keep aside for 1/2 hr

  3. 3

    Heat a pan,add oil 3 tbsp and add fish pieces.

    Cook on all sides till we’ll done on Low to medium heat.serve hot

When I’m not playing chef, I’m either diving into a book, splashing colors on a canvas, or, let’s be honest, nagging my husband—my favorite pass time!I can be sweet as sugar if you’re on my good side, but cross me, and you’ll meet the hurricane version of me. Blame my raging hormones, my Mallu genes, or just life in general, but grumpiness is my default mode these days. (Let’s just say “patience” and I aren’t exactly on speaking terms.)All said and done, I love my chaotic, colorful life and wouldn’t trade it for the world—well, maybe for a quiet afternoon nap, but that’s negotiable!
