Take a mixing bowl add suji curd and water add salt per taste mix well and leave 15 minute to rest the better

Now prepare the idli maker and grease the plates before storing idli batter in them

Just before appearing better at eno powder to the batter and mix quickly and the pour it in the idli maker this process your idli will come soft and spongy

Steam 10 minutes and open the idli plates and leave 5 minutes

Idli is ready to serve
Serve with tomato sauce.
