Chicken Barra with Gravy Tandoori Style

Gather all the ingredients for marinating the chicken.

First, wash the chicken and add all the marinade ingredients: lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, green chili and cilantro paste, fried onion paste, chaat masala powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and food color.

Add butter and salt, mix well, and cover for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, heat a little oil in a pan and fry the chicken, then remove.

Place a grill over the stove and grill the chicken pieces on both sides, then set aside on a plate.

In another pan, heat oil, add ginger garlic paste, fried onion paste, and tomato paste, and sauté well.

Add cumin powder, garam masala powder, dried fenugreek leaves, cream, and roasted chicken. Add 1/2 cup water and cook on low heat.

Heat the charcoal on the stove, place it in a small glass bowl, add a little oil, and immediately cover with a lid.

Remove the charcoal bowl and set it aside.
