    Boil your plomb

    On a fry pan add onion&garlic fry them

  3. 3

    Add your blend tomatoes and pepper& seasoning

  4. 4

    Add your carrot and green beans& your simmered beef

  5. 5

    Allow them to fry

  6. 6

    Enjoy
