❤️‍🔥🌶 🍟 Asian dirty Air-fried Fries is a great treat for the weekend. A scrumptious sharing plate for movie night in. Messy, trashy and yet oh-so classy with the levels of flavours you won’t be able to get enough of them! I used leftover chips for the previous meal and reheat on the airfryer. Quick and easy! Perfect Leftover make over movie night.

Thai ground toasted rice - Khao Kua
1 handfulgrated Parmesan cheese
Drizzle of Sriracha sauce
Some thai chilli flakes
Drizzle of Kewpee (Japanese mayo)
1small red chilli, thin sliced
Halflime
Coriander for garnish

Lay your air-fried chips and sprinkle some toasted ground rice (larb powder) and chilli flakes, squeeze some sriracha sauce, mayo and sprinkle some Parmesan cheese, red chilli and coriander. Squeeze some lime juice before serve
