Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 2 tbspCake flour
  2. 1/4 tspBaking powder
  3. 1 tbspAlmond flour
  4. 1to 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  5. 1 tbspMilk
  6. 1 tbspCanola oil
  7. 1Egg (small)
  8. 1 tbsp*White chocolate or plain chocolate chips
  9. 1 tbsp*Dried cranberries

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix together all the ingredients except those marked with * in a mug. Once thoroughly mix, lightly mix in the * ingredients.

    Cook in a microwave for about 2 minutes at 800 W or 1:30 at 1200 W. Enjoy!
