  • 1 cupplantain flowers chopped well
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • As neededWater to mix the flour

    1. In a bowl take the ragi flour
    2.add the plaintain flower

    3. Add salt, oil, water, onion
    4. Mix well as soft medium thick batter
    5. In a dosa pan make balls and spread it on the dosa pan
    6. Turn to the next side let it cook well in low flame

    Cooked both side
