Toast the slices of white bread. Meanwhile, bring water to a boil.

Spread cream cheese on the toasted bread slices. Cut half a slice of smoked trout and place it on the toasted bread.

Cut the avocado into pieces. Once the water is boiling, gently place the 4 eggs (with shells) in the water and cook for 6 minutes. After 6 minutes, place the eggs in a bowl filled with water and ice cubes.

Wait for the eggs to cool and remove the shells. Place them on the avocado. Add a drizzle of lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper.
