Cut the green and red peppers into bite-sized pieces. Slice the chicken breast diagonally into bite-sized pieces. - 2
Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken, and coat with katakuriko.

Heat a frying pan with the sesame oil and stir-fry the chicken.

When cooked through, add the sake. Lid and steam-fry over medium heat for 1.5 minutes.

Add the bell peppers and shimeji mushrooms, then continue stir-frying.
