Steps

After peeling the bottle gourd cut into thin strips. In mustard oil fry the lentil bodi and keep aside.

Now in the same oil add onions and peels and start roasting.

Fry now with some poppy seeds and once it gets cooked it will be slightly brown. Add salt to taste.

Now finally add crushed lentil bodi and serve with rice as a side dish.
