Firstly take two ratale n two potatoes clean n wash in normal water n pressure cook 3 to 4 whistle.

Now take above all d ingredients together peel d potatoes n ratale chopped Coriander leaves take a big bowl mash boil ratale in it with d help of hand.

Now mash boil potatoes with d help of hand, add mashed panner green chillies paste.

Add red chilli powder rock salt Coriander leaves cumin seeds.

Mix it well n make a soft dough take a vari rice for coating tikki now our dough also ready take a small portion of dough make a round shape ball n press in d your palm n make tikki n coat in d vari rice.

Coat bothd side of tikki make all d tikki into d same procedure n coat with vari rice,heat d kadhai pour oil.

If oil is hot add tikki into d hot oil e by one n fry on medium flame both d side.now our delicious healthy neutricious and tasty and yummy Ratale chey cutlet (sweet potato tikki) is ready to serve.
