My kids don't like nuts in any dessert and fox nuts as they are full of vit d so I added crushed nuts .you can add chopped nuts of your choice too.surprisingly nobody feels the difference .believe me it looks and tastes same as gajar ka halwa.🥰😍khanay k bad mujhy apna karnama btana para .😇🥰

Wash carrot

And peel them with peeler.wash it again

Warm milk add carrot peels in it.bring it to boil on high flame until its boil.after boiling turn the flame medium.

Stir in between.Cook it until peels are soft and milk dries.set aside.

Crush cardamom in a marble kundi.take a pan add desi ghee in it.warm it add crushed cardamom in it when fragrance of cardamom comes add dry peels milk mixture in it

Fry it for 7 mins on high flame.then turn the flame low add freeze mawa and gulab jamun ka sheera in it.

Add sugar stir it quickly. add crushed nuts and fox nuts in it.fry it until oil separates. nuts includes fox nuts,almonds, poppy seeds and 4 maghz

Garnish it with chopped nuts. served hot

Tips

Asli ghee
I skim milk daily because sb fat free milk peety hain.balaie jisay aam fehem zaban main malai kehty hain.daily jama hojati hy.so I freeze all the balai.

Homemade mawa
Jab dodh phat jata hy to usy low flame pay pakaty rhty hain stir in b/w. Aur milk dry ho kar mawa ban jata hy 10.15 mins main he.thanda honay py usy freeze kar dety hai.kisi bhe halway main ya zardy main use kar sakty hain.I used to make and freeze mawa.it is white in colour.you can add sugar in ot too.it will be sweet mawa.you can eat it separately or add in any halwa.it is brown in colour.
