Home-style Glazed Meat Loaf
Recipe is from Taste of Home Magazine. Son brought this magazine home since he wanted me to cook something different. Best meatloaf I have ever cooked.
Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, cheese, saltines, onion, salt and garlic powder. Crumble beef over the mixture and mix well. Shape into a loaf. Place loaf in a greased 13x9 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

For glaze. in a small saucepan bring brown sugar, ketchup and mustard to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 3-5 minutes or until heated thru. Spoon over meat loaf

Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until meat is no longer pink and thermometer is 160 degrees. Drain. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. If deserired top with minced fresh parsley.

To me this is the best meatloaf I've ever had. It's so flavorful. No need to add salt and pepper its already in the seasonings and the glaze is the bomb and it makes a lot. My family loves it and we never have any left overs. I use a food processor to chop all my veggies and I think I'll try cooking this in muffin tins or make patties and reduce baking time.
