I concocted this because pizza cake proved to be insanely complicated, and this was a smidge easier. It is also delicious.

It's a very easy recipe. I make them for my family and friends year-round :-)

I wanted something to serve with coffee this morning but didn't want to work too hard. This is what I came up with.

The egg is fluffy, the sausage is the perfect amount of spice, tastes great with coffe, and the pie shell adds just a tiny hint of sweetness to the dish. There is no need for salt due to the cheese and sausage and no need for pepper due to the sausage. I would deffinately prepare this for my family. :positive
