In a rice cooker or on the stove make 2 cups of rice.

In a large skillet, place pieces of beef in skillet making sure not to crowed the pan.

Every time I would order this amazing Korean rice bowl I was always amazed by how every item is perfectly cooked and plated and separated. So I had tried to make this amazing dish at home with a gochujang sauce. After a few tweaks and adjustments I think I have gotten something very close to restaurant quality. It seems like a lot of steps and ingredients but its more chopping and slicing than anything else. Spice Mix -
Beef Bulgogi (불고기) Beef Bulgogi (불고기)
Here's my own bulgogi recipe. Any thinly sliced cut of beef can be used (this time I used brisket/short plate), and the recipe works with pork or even chicken. Korean nashi pears have a flavour that is kinda halfway between a regular pear and an apple so an apple like a red gala can be a reasonable substitute. It's used to tenderise the meat, but it takes time to work... I initially tried to cook it after only one hour and the meat was still quite tough. Maybe pineapple might be more effective but I hear one needs to be careful with it. 🇰🇷 蛟龍Stormwyrm -

Easy, Delicious Bulgogi Easy, Delicious Bulgogi
I love bulgogi, and have experimented with various recipes for the sauce before settling on this one.Adjust the amount of gochujang and so on to your taste. This spoils easily in the summer, so once you've added the sauce, put it in a container and keep it refrigerated. Stir-fry once the vegetables have softened. I recommend including thin green onions in the vegetables. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221 cookpad.japan
