  • 2 kgpeeled potatoes
  • 20 gsalt
  • 20 gmixed Italian herbs
  • 200 gbutter
  • 100 mlmilk

Steps

    Boil potatoes unti soft

  2. 2

    Add butter and milk and mix until smooth

  3. 3

    Add the salt and mixed herbs and mix until evenly distributed in the mixture

  4. 4

    You can serve this with any meal examples are: grilled chops and mash or prego chicken bake and mash

  5. 5
