Buckwheat Chilla
Steps

In a bowl add buckwheat flour, beetroot and little by little water to prepare the barter for chilla then add salt & chillies.

After preparing the barter heat flat pan grease with ghee then pour the chilla barter with the help of ladle cook on low flame till crisp.

Then flip to other side and cook till crisp.prepare all transfer to a serving plate and serve with tea or curd as per choice.
