Who doesn't love fruity desserts? In my home, everyone loves desserts with fruity Flavours. Instead of making regular halwa, I have tried Banana Wheat Halwa which gives wholesome nutrition and delicious taste! It has a wonderful soft and melt in mouth taste! Try it out!

4Ripe bananas medium (mashed well)
Pink Berry Chaat Bowl
1 cupWhole Wheat flour
1/4 cupGhee
Navaratri Special Makhana Badam Laddoo
1/2 cupJaggery powder
1/4 cupCoconut milk
Thai Veggie Ramen Bowl
1 tspCardamom powder
1 tablespoonRoasted cashews

First, heat ghee in a non-stick karahi or deep pan. Add mashed bananas stir cook for 5 to 7 minutes.

Then add whole wheat flour and roast well till aromatic or for 7 to 8 minutes. Keep stirring continuously on low flame.

When flour becomes aromatic, add coconut milk and let the flour sizzle. Mix well, cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Then add Jaggery powder, cardamom powder and mix well. Stir cook till all is combined.

Now, remove in a greased tray and press well. Cut into squares and press cashews on top as garnish. Serve warm or at normal temperature. This halwa tastes delicious !
