Prepare your vegetables, (saget and terere) wash them thoroughly since they often have lots of soil

Boil for 2 hours more or less defending on how you prefer them to be.

Prepare onions and tomatoes

Fry onions then add in tomatoes

Later add in your vegetables in small bunches and salt to taste

Cook until ready and serve with ugali
