Low Carb Hash and Egg
Easy low carb breakfast, one pan dish
Steps

Prepare all the vegetables and saute in Peanut oil, add the garlic and half of the mixed chopped herbs

Place the mushrooms in a place, fry the egg in the same pan and add the egg on top of the sauteed mushrooms
- 3
Top with the cracked pepper, remaining herbs and optional fried onions. Enjoy 😉
