Steps

Firstly take a big mixing bowl.

Add in all the ingredients except oil and mix very well.

Make a thick paste like mixture.

Heat oil in a wok on medium high flame.

Shape small balls from the mixture and drop the batter in hot oil.

Fry pakore till crisp and golden brown.
- 7
Drain the pakore and serve hot with green chutney or curd.
