  • 1 kgmutton
  • 1 pinchturmeric powder
  • To taste salt
  • 1medium onion
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 2 glasswater
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Add all ingredients in a wok. And cook until meat tenderize.

    When meat is done cook more to dry the excess water and till oil separates. Enjoy with naan.
