Firstly take a half kg mutton clean n wash 5 to 6 times in a normal water n marinate with salt meat masala, ginger garlic paste, turmeric Powder,n curd mix it well n keep a side for marination you can marinate whole night or 1 to 2 hours also to abosord d masala keep in a freez, take above all d ingredients together.

Grind d roasted dry coconut masala with ginger, garlic n some red chilli powder, coriander seeds n grind it keep a side. Heat d cooker add oil as per requirement but saoji mutton require more oil so we can more oil.

Add above all whole garam masala n saute for a minutes n add chopped onion n cook till d onion colour change now add chopped tomatoes.

N mix it well add garam masala, red chilli powder n homemade saoji masala n mix it properly n cook.

After that add turmeric powder, Kashmiri Lal powder n grinded roasted dry coconut masala, salt as per taste, mix it well n cook for a minutes.

Now add marinated mutton n mix it well n cook for a minutes.

Add some Coriander leaves, n hot water as per consistency you require n cover d lid n whistle 5 to 6.

After that switch off d gas n keep as it is for 5 minutes, after five minutes open d lids again add some Coriander leaves now our delicious authentic healthy and yummy Nagpuri special spicy saoji masala mutton is ready to serve, serve hot in a serving dish n enjoy hot with chapati bhakri puri etc., It is very tasty you can try.
