Steps

First of all cut brinjal and potato green chili and tomato into small pieces.

Then in a pressure cooker at some oil and heat it add in methi dana seeds coriander seeds asafoetida cumin seeds green chili then add in the tomato.

Lower the flame and cook the tomato well and add all masala in tomato.

After this cook for 2 whistles.

Now open the pressure cooker after some time then add in amchoor powder and garam masala and mix it well now your brinjal sabji is ready to be Served.
