Spicy honey garlic tofu

Cook 1 cup rice in rice cooker.

Add tofu to bowl and season with 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Add 1/4 cup cornstarch and mix to coat.

Add 1/2 cup vegetable oil to pan over medium-high heat. Fry tofu on all sides until crispy. Place on paper towel lined plate.

Once cooked, leave 1 tbsp vegetable oil in pan and add 5 tsp garlic, saute until fragrant. Then add 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp chili crisp, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 3 tbsp soy sauce, and 1/4 cup hot water. Heat until thickened, then add tofu back in and stir to combine. Add on top of rice in bowl and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
